Buy her moose and gel. Tell her to scrunch it down. Thats what I do, I have curly hair, and it looks amazing. [[ not like miley cyrus curls, like beyonce curls ]] Then get her some like body wash and stuff which could easily be bought at five below.
Fill up a bag with pony tail holders, hair clips, head bands, a loufa, a few candy bars, lip gloss, nail polish, and an eyeshadow. You can get this stuff at the Dollar Store. Toss in a Teen Magazine.
You can try going to Bath and Body works and seeing if they have any lotions, lip gloss, soaps, candles that she’d be interested in.
If she doesn’t have something called ‘THE WAVE’, which is a face cleaner, and minimizes black heads, etc. that’d be a good gift to give to someone who likes to try new facial cleansers (you can find the wave at target, wal-mart, etc.).
If she likes Twilight series, and hasn’t gotten the latest book, or hasn’t read any, you should buy her the first one. I myself have never gotten time to read them, but I heard they are really good. Another book series would be gossip girl.
get her a nice basket or bag nd fill it with some face cleansers, some nice make up and a few magazines, hair products and any other things she likes. it wont cost alot and you get her a choice. i promise, shell think its super cool (: xx
why not just get her a gift voucher for a shop that sells that stuff and she can get it herself when she wants it or take her out shopping and let her know it is a sponsored shopping trip.
When my nieces were that age, I would take them shopping for what they wanted. They were told ahead of time what the budget was. They loved doing this because not only do they get exactly what they want, but they also get one on one time with their aunt.
I also have hair like your niece and I use a hair serum on my hair to define the curls and get rid of the frizz. I use products for african americans they work really well for curly bushy frizzy curls.

My hair is just like hers. get her a steam straightener. you use it on wet, damp, or dry hair. my sister got one for me for only 30 bucks. I love it.
